- Shipping is not available for all bikes; some bikes are only available for in-store pickup. Bikes available for delivery are pre-assembled and 100% adjusted.
- Bikes cannot be delivered to certain remote areas, such as the Magdalen Islands, Northern Quebec, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon Territory, and Labrador.
- For our customers in Fermont, most of our bikes can be delivered, but there may be additional fees. Please contact us by phone or email before placing your order.
- We are a Canadian company, so you do not pay customs fees.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Note that P.O. boxes are not accepted for delivery.
- Customers who want a refund or exchange must contact us by phone to get approval. Merchandise must be returned with a copy of the invoice.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of a return.
- All merchandise must be in its original packaging and resalable to be exchanged or refunded.
- You have a 30-day period from receipt of the item to request an exchange or refund.
