Shipping and returns

- Delivery is free on purchases over $150 before taxes for all of Canada, except for bicycles and bulky items, bulky items include car racks, transport boxes, trailers, Tacx Neo Bike, and others.

- Free delivery is not available for Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories.

- Delivery is not available for all bicycles; some bicycles are only available for in-store pickup. Bicycles available for delivery are pre-assembled and fully adjusted.

- Bicycles cannot be delivered to certain remote areas, such as the Magdalen Islands, Northern Quebec, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon Territory, and Labrador.

- For our customers in Fermont, most of our bicycles can be delivered, but there may be additional fees. Please contact us by phone or email before placing your order.

- We are a Canadian company, so you do not pay customs fees.

- Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Note that P.O. boxes are not accepted for delivery.

- Customers who wish to request a refund or exchange must contact us by phone to obtain approval. Goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice.

- The customer must cover the delivery costs in case of a return.

- All goods must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to be exchanged or refunded.

- You have a period of 30 days from receipt of the item to request an exchange or refund.

- After 30 days, if a product is defective, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. You can contact us for more details or to return a product.

- Exchanges will be processed according to inventory availability. In case of stock shortage, you will be notified by email or phone.
