By eliminating the tube, we also removed friction, which reduces rolling resistance, meaning less energy is needed to reach higher speeds.

The Instant Drive 360 freewheel system engages quickly and offers low friction. This hub easily converts from Shimano/SRAM to Campagnolo or XD cassettes and is compatible with Center Lock disc rotors.
