Looking for speed in the saddle as well as off-bike performance? Recon 3.0 combines a carbon outsole with a Pavé-inspired fiberglass forefoot to create the Carbon STRIDE toe flex, allowing your foot to function naturally off the bike while delivering incredible power transfer with a stiffness index of 10.0. Whether you're flying on a cross-country course or strolling through the brewery tour, STRIDE toe-flex changes the game.
We know that venturing off-road means venturing into the unknown, which is why we equipped the Recon 3.0 with XPEL Mesh to create a comfortable fit that wicks water away, keeping the shoe light and drying as fast as you ride. Our SlipNot compound provides full rubber coverage on the outsole for off-bike traction on any surface, with open tread lugs to shed mud.
Two L6-Snap BOA® dials and a Velcro closure on the forefoot ensure micro-adjustable comfort with a secure fit designed for all-day comfort and performance, whether your ride calls for open gravel, twisty trails, or even more than your fair share of bike hiking.
