The Scamp Mips II is the smallest Giro helmet designed for young (or future) cyclists, but it is no less efficient and stylish. Inspired by adult helmets like the Manifest Spherical, this lightweight molded helmet features shock-absorbing EPS foam and a sturdy polycarbonate shell, along with 13 vents for optimal ventilation. The Mips® Evolve Core technology helps reduce rotational energy during certain impacts, and the Roc Loc® Junior adjustment system offers precise fitting with an easy-to-use dial, ensuring optimal protection for growing young cyclists over several years. The XS size is designed for children from 1 year old, while the S size is intended for children from 5 years old. Whether in a trailer or on a bike, the Scamp Mips II will inspire children to ride even more.

The Roc Loc® Jr. system is a simple and durable dial adjustment system specially designed to fit the shape of a child’s head. Its shape was developed through years of research on anatomical data to ensure a secure and comfortable fit. A large rubberized dial allows adults to easily adjust the helmet’s tension, enabling children to quickly get on their bikes.
